Double Room in South Farnham

The room is for single occupancy only, is fully furnished with a quality 4’ double bed with new mattress, a double door wardrobe, bedside table & chest of draws. It’s a south facing room with a massive window, so lots of natural light.

All bills included except BT phone, and you'll have wireless broadband to link into from anywhere in the house & garden.

Clean & tidy house with a large fully featured kitchen/diner/sitting room. The kitchen has a washing machine and there’s a rotary airer in the garden or, when it’s raining, a clothes dryer in the house.

I have a cat called Harry and a little dog called Archie. Both are very friendly and will keep you, if you want, entertained for hours!

I am looking for a non smoker, so if you smoke at all, please look elsewhere!
