I have a lovely comfortable and furnished double spare room in a beautiful cottage in Wrecclesham, 2 miles from Farnham and half an hour's walk from the train station. The cottage has a huge living room with an open log fire, a beautiful kitchen and conservatory, stunning garden and an upstairs bathroom, as well as a separate downstairs toilet. There is an outside parking space as well.

There are two (extremely friendly!) cats living at the property, so it probably wouldn't be possible for other pets to move in, although I wouldn't rule out pets completely and would be willing to discuss options.

I'm a clean, tidy, friendly and chatty person who would like to share my home with someone who is like-minded.
