We are looking for someone to occupy a large single room with en-suite shower and toilet in our 1920s semi. The room is recently redecorated and fully furnished with shared use of the kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is off road parking for a small car. The house is in a quiet road on the edge of Farnham Park (we have a gate into the park) and within easy walking distance from Farnham station (55 minutes to London) and the town centre. All utility bills, council tax and wi-fi are included in the rent. We have dogs so no pets please. Would suit a mature student or professional single person.
