Double bedroom in a 2 bed terrace, with 20 minutes walking distance to Farnham town centre and the train station. The house is modernly decorated with nice light carpets in the living area, and the bedroom, and there are wooden floors in the kitchen and hallway. You would be sharing with a 28 year old female professional who works locally in Farnham. There is plenty of parking space if you drive.
The house has two bathrooms (1 with shower and toilet, and a second guest toilet downstairs)
The kitchen is connected with a nice conservatory, where the washing machine and dryer is.
The house is currently available, but dates can be discussed.
I am looking for a person that is clean and sociable=) We will be sharing the bills and council tax.
