Double room in central Farnham

We will have a double room available in central Farnham. There is a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers and a bed included in the room.
The flat is in Downing Street in central Farnham above the butcher's, about 5 walking minutes from Sainsbury's and less than 10 walking minutes to the station. Literally just about 2 minutes to the high street to Costa or Boots.
Bills are not included in the rent nor is council tax, we pay our water bill every six months and electricity every three months.
You can decorate the room like you want, paint the walls etc.
Our bathroom is upstairs and there is a separate toilet downstairs. The kitchen is fully furnished, there is a fridge, freezer, toaster, a small table and chairs and the washing mashine is in the kitchen as well.
As neither me nor my house mate smoke we don't really want anyone smoking in the flat but there is a small patio just in font of our door.
I won't be able to answer my phone till about 5pm when I finish work so please ring me after 5 or send me a text!
