Hi. I am Landlady and am looking for students to Houseshare. I work full-time.
We have a Double and a Single room available. We have two dogs. Don't worry, we also have a Stairgate.
We are easygoing and used to having students in our home.
We have unlimited Broadband and TV aerial in each room..
A seperate freezer for student use, (Sainsbury's is literally two minute walk). We are 15-20 minute walk through Farnham Park to UCA. We also have a table in the Kitchen or you can make use of the Dining Room. We also have a Conservatory and large Garden. You will not be expected to maintain anything. All Bills inclusive.
