Longterm Friendly Flatmate to share my home

I am seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to share my home.

A 2 bed ground floor flat, very well presented and tidy, with plenty of parking. Close to all amenities. My home is very well furnished and looked after. I am looking for someone who is going to make themselves at home and enjoy living here. It is in a lovely quiet area situated a 5 minute drive from Farnham town centre.

I am looking for a clean, and tidy professional or mature student, with a great sense of humour, someone who enjoys the company of others yet can enjoy their own. Someone with similar interests would be great.

Monthly rent is inclusive of bills - Electric, Water, Sky Broadband, TV License, however due to myself still being enrolled at University I do not need to pay council tax.

If you are not a student and therefore not exempt from paying council tax then this will be paid additionally by yourself and will be around £90 a month. (Exact amount to be confirmed).

**This room is currently unfurnished, however if you do not have your own furniture already, arrangements can be made for the room to be part furnished i. e a bed and chest of drawers.**

£495 deposit and references will be required. NO DSS. Non-smoker and no pets please. Available immediately.
