Laid Back Landlord!

I am looking for a relaxed, clean and quiet flatmat. Full use of the unusual flat and garden with private off road parking, wireless broadband. All utilitiies and council tax are included. I like to keep a cosy warm quiet house during the week and maybe have a few friends over at the weekend. I have renovated the garden over the last few years where there is now a large decking area with outdoor seating and a large hottub inside its own wood cabin to which there would be limited access!!! The room is very large with full height double glazed windows, double wardrobe, new kingsize bed and working Victorian fireplace.
