My lovely lodger is now moving to Spain to a new job. Wanted - Mature responsible person, very clean and tidy!. My house is a small 3 bed semi detached in Mytchett, Frimley near Camberley. Quiet area and road, 5 mins to Frimley Green, Farnborough, Ashvale, 10 mins to Camberley. Close to M3.
Shared bathroom. Washing machine, cooker, wifi, shared livingroom, kitchen. Garden also.
This is a double room with bed, side tables and wardrobe cupboard.
Includes bedlinen and towels, laundered. Would like someone who is nice, friendly, professional and sociable. I do have a garage close by also.
I have 2 daughters and a granddaughter who visit.
My house is up for sale and I am looking for something else as I am downsizing but in the meantime would like to fill the gap! therefore that is why I am saying that short term lets are fine and maximum of 3 months...i would also do weekly if it fitted in for everyone! as a while till i go through the whole house sale thing! x
