Less than 1 minute to the rail station and only 10 minutes walk to the high street.

House has 3 house mates in total. There is a shared sitting room, with TV, shared kitchen and utility area with Washing Machine. South facing good sized garden.

Residents parking permits can be bought from Guildford Borough Council and there is lots of residents parking around, zone B. Neither of the available permits are currently taken.
