Double Bedroom with Private Bathroom/Flatshare

Hi! I am currently looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to rent my spare double room with en-suite bathroom. I work full time so not at the flat a great deal. I'm a very clean and tidy person so looking for a like-minded flatmate, someone friendly, tidy, considerate & easy to get along with.

My spare double room with a private bathroom is in Guildford, with Parking. The flat is only 6 years old and is spacious & modern. I have a good size lounge/dining room, a good sized bathroom and a modern open plan kitchen. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and some storage space. This is a very safe area and there is a phone entry system to get into the building along with a bike shed with coded access. Rent includes council tax.

Very close to all local amenities and excellent travel routes to London and Portsmouth (A3) Also close to University, Royal Surrey Hospital and Research Park..
