We are a vibrant, happy family with 4 other professional lodgers and we are looking to share spare rooms in our large 8 bedroom/5 bathroom house.

The fully furnished rooms are an excellent standard of decor, with TV, free internet access and ample storage. Towels and linen provided if required.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac close to the A3 and within walking distance of a superstore, local shops including excellent Chinese and Indian take-aways and award winning fish and chip shop!

Single occupancy includes all bills with free access to laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble drier), kitchen storage and fridge and freezer space. Tea and coffee are all provided free of charge, as are the laundry products.

We have a friendly old dog and a family of cats.

This is a family home - no drugs, no excessive alcohol and no casual visitors allowed (although visitors allowed on request) -and no smoking in the house.

References and a credit check will be required and an admin fee of £50 will be charged. A deposit of one months rent is also required.
