We are a vibrant, happy family (single mum with two teenagers) with three other professional lodgers looking to share out another spare room in our large 7 bedroom/4 bathroom house.

The fully furnished room has en suite facilities, an excellent standard of decor, a pleasant outlook with TV and free internet access and a huge amount of storage space. The bathroom is also cleaned on a weekly basis. Towels and linen provided if required.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac very close to the A3 (but not so close that it's too noisy!) and within walking distance of a superstore, local shops and excellent Chinese and Indian take aways and award winning fish and chip shop!

The cost is £700 pcm for single occupancy with all bills included with free access to laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble drier), kitchen storage and fridge and freezer space. Tea and coffee are all provided free of charge, as are the laundry products.

We would also consider a couple with an increased rent of £950 pcm, with corresponding deposit.

We would like to share with anyone who is happy to join in with us as a family - although the house is large enough to escape the general hustle and bustle of our family life and the other lodgers if you want peace and quiet.

We have two dogs and two cats and would happily consider anyone with a house-trained pet (snakes definitely excluded!).

This is a family home - no drugs, no excessive alcohol and no casual visitors allowed (although visitors allowed on request) -and no smoking in the house.

Two references (personal and financial) and a month"s rent in advance required.
