Central Guildford - Double Room to let

Hello - we have a double room coming available in a shared Victorian semi a short walk (5 mins) from both the town centre and Guildford railway station.

The room has recently been neutrally decorated and is part furnished with a nice high ceiling and I am willing to contribute to the cost of additional furniture if needed. The room is on the ground floor, approx. 10'6" x 12' and has a window to the front of the house.

I used to live in the property in the 1980's and it holds many happy memories - I have always tried to ensure that the mix and quality of people living at the house are right - live and let live! I will be a live in landlord for 6-9 months from June until I buy my next property, but I am usually either at work in London or travelling abroad. I have been living solo in Weybridge for a few years, so when I am at home it will be nice to have some folks around to enjoy a glass of wine with or a pint of ale in the pub.

There is a cellar for extra storage and a washing machine, separate dryer, a tall fridge and a separate freezer. We have a little garden with an outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ. We are looking for someone (either male or female) who is amiable, respectful of others and is by nature a fairly tidy person :)
