Hi we have a spare room in our house from 28th May.
We are a friendly bunch of professionals, looking for someone who enjoys BBQs to join us as the summer starts!
The room is in the basement, and at the back so very quiet, furnished with double bed, wardrobe drawers and some small desklike furniture. Rent includes council tax and the cost of a cleaner for communal areas fortnightly.
TV, broadband and water comes to about 15 a month.
Last winter utility bill was about 75 each for a quarter.
Kitchen has washing machine and gas oven.
No parking permits available I'm afraid.
