We are a young friendly household, with two double rooms available immediately [now taken, sorry].

All rooms come fully furnished except by special arrangement with the landlord.

1. [now taken] The best room in the house! This is a very large 1st floor double room with an en-suite. £483pcm.
2. [now taken] This modest double room gets plenty of light, and is on the 1st floor overlooking the garden. £367. 50pcm.
3. [now taken] A medium-sized 1st floor double room overlooking the garden. £409. 50pcm.

The house has an excellent kitchen with gas range cooker and lots of space. The living room has leather sofas and a large LCD TV. The garden has a fire pit which we use for BBQs in good weather, a lawn front and rear, plus a large trampoline!

We're an outgoing and sociable bunch - it's not a party house but we try to do fun things together out of the house, whether it's playing squash, going to music gigs, hill walking or picking blackberries!

Looking for friendly individuals who appreciate an active lifestyle and will bring something new to the group. Female preferred to keep balance to the house, but guys & girls both considered.

All facilities are provided and Broadband access is available.

Gas & electricity, cable TV and broadband are extra, and work out around £40 per month (one of the advantages of splitting between six!)
