A nice room in a house share

Hello. I have a very nice house situated within Linden Road, 10 minutes from the town centre. The house has a medium size double bedroom available which is fully furnished, two modern bathrooms, a shared kitchen, a shared sitting room and a very nice size garden. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils

i also have a cleaner coming fortnightly to spring clean all the communal areas.

There is also a parking permit available for on street parking.

I am looking for a working professional or mature student, male or female to take the room available from November 17th 2017 until 31st August 2018. The contract can then be extended beyond this date if required but I am unable to offer any shorter term than this. If this is what you are looking for then please call me to arrange a viewing.
