Double Room with Ensuite Bathroom

Hi,

I have a double room with modern en suite bathroom available in my spacious flat. The room is partially furnished with a double bed, small cupboard and some bedside drawers. The furniture can be put into storage if you wanted to bring your own. You have full use of the flat and kitchenware. All bills are included. The flat is 4 years old and in a private development. There is parking, Wi-fi, security access to building, coded bicycle lock store, excellent bus links to Guildford and close to A3 for London & Portsmouth.

I'm looking for someone fun, friendly and socialable that doesn't always hide away in there room. You have to be clean and tidy and respect the areas we share. I definitely respect peoples personal space and privacy and expect the same both ways.

I'm a plumber by trade and have just set up a new contracting company. I also own a hair salon which I built 3 years ago. A bit random I know!!
