A fully furnished large double room will be available from 24/03/2018 in a friendly house in Guildford (GU2) close to the town centre with great transport links.

This double room has floor to ceiling wardrobes, bed, mattress, desk and a bedside cabinet.

The house is within walking distance of the University of Surrey, Guildford Research Park and the Royal Surrey County Hospital (around 25 mins walk) and easy access to the A3, M25, A322 and A320. There is also a bus stop into town close by (less than 10 min ride to Guildford town centre). We also have a Sainsbury Local and a Co-Op which are less than a 5 minute walk away.

The house has a shared modern kitchen/diner which comes equipped with double oven, microwave, electric four ring hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer. You will get your own cupboard in the kitchen as well as shelf space in the fridge and freezer. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery that you can also use.

The bathroom is shared, and has a bath, shower, toilet and sink.

The sitting room is shared and comes with a 3 piece suite, TV and Free Sat.

The back of the house has a decent sized garden, with a shed/garage for bike storage and parking is not a problem in the area if you have a car.

You will be sharing with 2 other professionals (Qaiser 34 and Louis 24). Looking for someone easy going and sociable.

The rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband, TV license) in addition to a cleaner who comes once a week for 3 hours and cleans the communal areas. Wifi is available throughout the house for your use. The rent and deposit must be paid in advance.

I have stated a minimum term of 6 months, however things change and people need to move for work commitments etc so this can be flexible.
