A south facing double room is availiable in a large and well maintained five bedroom house.

Room is availiable from 8th February 2015 and is in very good condition, with lovely sunny view of the garden in the summer.

Current housemates are two 26yr old males and one 24 year old female, all young working professionals. We would like to retain the dynamics of the house and gain someone 22-35yrs to replace our current housemate who is unfortunately leaving the area.

Professionals only need apply please.

Free Parking is available on and off street (no permits needed).

Good sized garden with palm trees and a shed to store your bicycle in!

Very large kitchen/diner and lounge.

25 mins to walk or 10 min bus journey to town centre. Also very close to the hospital, research park, Surrey Sports Park and the A3.

We would like to find a housemate who is friendly, tidy and sociable and would make a good addition to the household.
