Master Bedroom - short term let

Hello! I'm moving abroad for 4 months for work, so am looking for a clean, happy and reliable person to look after my room and entertain my housemates while I'm away.

Please don't be too popular with them as I will need my room back when I return!

---- The Household ----

Laure (pronounced Lo) is fun, active and outgoing. She often brings back amazing French cheeses from home, which is the main reason we let her stay.

Tina (your other housemate) is quiet and friendly, and works for Surrey police, so you'll need to keep your stash well hidden.

--- The House ---

We're a 20 minute walk from Guildford station, which has a frequent service to Waterloo. There's a small Sainsbury's close by, and we're in the perfect place for easy access to the A3 in either direction, avoiding the bottleneck through Guildford.

The room is a good size (the photos don't really do it justice) and recently smartly refurbished with new double glazing, a King Size bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

The bathroom is fairly new and has a cool rainfall shower with a slightly crap radio.

The open-plan lounge has reclining leather sofas, a big TV with Tivo, and we have a small conservatory which in the winter gets used for drying clothes.

We have a walled patio garden which gets sun in the evening.

All bills included, including fast fibre optic broadband.

If you have a car, there is street parking overnight outside the house, and shared guest parking for any time. As there are only 2 guest spaces between 10 houses, for longer-term parking you'll need to park on a nearby street.
