Guildford Town Centre is 7 minutes away by car and the house is right next to Whitmoor Common down a private road, with many nice Country pubs nearby. Worplesdon train station is 5 minutes away and 10, easy access to A3, 5 minutes away.

The house has 7 bedrooms and is a wonderful home with a friendly live in owner. I am looking for a professional non smoker who is easy to get on with. No couples please.
