The house is on a lovely quiet private green giving a lovely feeling of space and community atmosphere. The kitchen has all mod cons including dish-washer and microwave etc.

The house has full central heating and double glazing and all the bills are included in the rent. No need for notes on fridge to split bills! You can just get on with civilised living.

The living room has two leather sofas and a large flatscreen TV.
