Hi, we are looking for a housemate to move in to our lovely shared house in Guildford. Its a 10 min walk from town. Newly refurbished house. It's a big double room, which is light, furnished with a double bed and double wardrobe. Lovely patio and garden. Parking outside the front of the house which also faces the park.
