Good sized double to rent in Guildford.

So I'm moving to London at the end of August/beginning of September and am looking for someone to move into my room.

The Room:
Good sized double with sink in the room and toilet next door. The room is unfurnished (I bought all new furniture when moving into the room) but I would be willing to leave the bed and drawers for a small fee. The double bed is one that lifts up for storing stuff underneath. There is also a sky box that comes with the room for wathcing Tv in your room.

The House:
3 storey house in good area (near stoke park) in Guildford. The room for rent is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and toilet next to the room. On the 1st floor is the kitchen and living room, and then on the 3rd floor are the other 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

The Flatmates:
You would be sharing with 2 guys (Dave and Joe) who have both turned 30 this year. They are both very easy going and relaxed. We spend a lot of time hanging out in the living room so they would be looking for someone who is happy to socialise with them rather than just shutting themselves in their room.

The rent:
Rent is £483. 80 per month and this includes council tax. Bills normally come to another £50 for water and electricity and then Sky/Wifi is normally £33 each a month. In total I pay about £567 each month all bills included.
Deposit is £666 and is in a deposit protection scheme.
