Double in super central Guildford location!

We are two single professional ladies (to clarify not a couple) aged 30 and 32 living in a super central Guildford location. Our third sharer will be moving in with her boyfriend next month, which means we have one large spare double room vacant for a professional sharer (no students) from 11 September.

The rent is approximately £400 per month, and the bills work out quite cheap split between the three of us. We are a social but clean and considerate house, keen to find a new like-minded tenant.

The 3-bed semi-detached house is equipped with a shared bathroom, shower room, kitchen, comfy lounge and a small garden which is a little suntrap year-round. It is in a prime Guildford spot right next to Stoke Park and two pubs; it’s just a ten minutes stroll to the High Street shops and bars yet the road is still quiet and windows are double glazed. London Road station is five minutes walk away, and the main station is just ten minutes, ideal for commuters. Parking is permit only(*See below.)

The spare room is on the ground floor and benefits from its own fireplace and the largest space in the house. As with most lets in Guildford, it is unfurnished, so you would need a bed, but we have furnished the shared areas.

A little about us: We are two friends who both work in Guildford, but we are each out just as much as we are in, commuting up to London often at the weekends or in the week to see friends. Looking for a third professional to share a glass of wine with after those nightmare days at work!

In Zone A permits are allowed only for two residents per household, unfortunately these are already taken but parking is free after 6pm until 8am (4pm to 10am in some zones) and on Sundays. There are garages for weekend rental locally.
