I am moving out of a house share in Guildford GU2 area and looking for a young professional who would like to take my room.
The property is a 5 bedroom house and the available double room is on the ground floor. The room is fully furnished. (Bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers). Council tax and water is included in the £426 monthly rent.
The house is in a good location just a 20 minute walk from Guildford train station and town centre. Everything you need is within walking distance including supermarkets, gym and parks.
I have really enjoyed living in this house. The housemates are friendly and sociable (currently 3 other girls and 1 guy) and we enjoy hanging out together in the evenings.
