I have a newly decorated loft conversion room with ensuite shower and toilet for sole use of occupant. Water system is at high pressure for excellent showers. The large kitchen includes electric cooker with gas hob, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, 2 x 3 drawer freezers and cupboard space for your own food. I have a Nespresso coffee machine which you are welcome to use your own capsules in. Plenty of worktop space.

The spacious lounge and 4x5m conservatory both provide 42" flat screen TVs with sofas. The lounge has an open fireplace for great winter log fires. The lounge TV has Virgin Media with Netflix.

I have 3 cats (mostly outdoor/sleep on my bed types) and 2 guinea pigs, which are part of the family.

Situated 5min walk from regular bus service, and Budgens and Virgin Active Gym Complex. By car town centre, Surrey Research Park, Royal Surrey Hospital are a 5 min drive away. Parking outside my house is easily available daily. No permits required.

I have 2 children (nearly 11y girl, 9y boy). They are well trained with lodgers. Previous lodger of 3 yrs relocated. The room maybe for rent but we would welcome you to share our home and all the facilities within. We are a friendly, happy little family who enjoy the company of others. Children spend alternative weekends with their father, and due to activities on the weekends, when at home we are out early on a Saturday not returning to mid afternoon, and all morning on Sundays (football!!).

Due to the nature of my family I would like to stipulate I am looking for a FEMALE only.
