One Double room available really soon in the Guildford Town Center. The rent is as stated and on top of that we have calculated an extra 100 pounds a month for bills, council tax, broadband (virgin).
We are two chilled male professionals looking ideally for a fairly tidy professional person, who wants to move soon. The deposit is 1. 5 times the rent but a 100 pound admin fee is required from the agency that handles the rent on behalf of the landlord.
The house has white appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher) a small garden and is really centrally situated, 5 mins walk from the bus station, less than 10 from the train station, but it is on a quiet area too.
There is a choice of two rooms to pick, both with wardrobes, one facing the garden, the other the street.
Would suit a professional who needs to move in soon.
