Double room in quiet, friendly house
Hi,
We're three young professionals seeking new housemate.
We're aged between 25-30, and would prefer a similar aged housemate, no gender preference.
Advertised room comes fully furnished with a double bed, large double wardrobe and bookshelf. Has a a view of modest garden at the back of the house.
The house is fully detached and has four bedrooms in total, one bathroom, a good sized living room and kitchen and access to garage and driveway.
The house is in a great location, being within walking distance of Surrey Research Park, a major supermarket, Guildford train station and the town centre.
As a house we enjoy spending time outdoors, going for the occasional drink in town and relaxing in front of a good film. We currently have a nice and relaxed atmosphere in the household and we are looking for someone that could fit into that.
