We are a looking for a professional or a mature student to rent our large spare double bedroom Mon - Fri. All bills are included, parking is available (by permit). You will have your own bathroom use of kitchen, dining room and garden. The room is furnished and you have a TV in your room (linked to NowTV). You have shared use of all kitchen equipment and utensils, a shelf in the fridge and a compartment in the freezer. It is extremely close to the town centre (8mins walk from high street), only 10 minutes walk to the station and 2 mins from the A3, 10 mins to M25.
All we ask is that you clean up after yourself and keep your bedroom and bathroon clean.
We are a friendly, social couple who are both working full time, viewing highly recommended.
