I am a live out landlord.
This house is a very comfortable house, having been completely refurbished over recent years.
My tenants want to be joined by some someone who is "nice and normal" and who wants to share a very nice home and occasionally help slurp a bottle of wine!
The house is in an excellent location (Markenfield Road) and it is only a short walk to the station or the into the town centre.
My tenants are looking for a young (23-32) professional.
In addition to being able to fit in it is necessary that you are tidy and considerate. You must be a NON smoker.
There is permit parking.
Fast internet, council tax and cleaner included in the monthly rent. The cost of gas, electric and water is shared between my tenants.
