New Room Mate Urgently Required

Myself and two others have found a lovely three bed house on Manor Road to rent, however due to unforeseen circumstances, one of the tenants is unable to move in.

We are looking for someone to take our third room (furnished with a single bed and wardrobe). Rent is £500 a month, bills not included (roughly £100 or so more).

As the third person has had to pull out, if you wish to take the room, you will have to pay 1/3 of the fees (please message for more details)

The house is on a lovely road within walking distance of the university, town and a local co-op. There is also a local pub just down the road that does delicious food.

There is a shared bathroom, dining room, kitchen and living room.

We are both friendly, chilled people who work hard but also like to relax in the evening and are looking for a like minded professional to join us.
