This double room is mid size, currently has a double bed, large wardrobe, tv stand and chest of drawers. The bathroom is shared with one other as the other tenant has the en suite room. Downstairs is large open plan with double sofa bed, table & chairs and fully fitted kitchen with built in appliances. Garden is decked and maintained mainly by the landlord.
Only available for evening or weekend viewings.

Easy reach of buses that run regularly to the town centre. One private parking space but other parking spaces always available.

The room is unfurnished but we do have a spare single mattress if this is helpful to have in the room to start with for someone not bringing furniture straight in.

The house is friendly and we do like to go out once a week or fortnightly but keep it quiet in respect of the family area.

Water - £12 each
Gas and elec - £29 each.
Council tax is currently £91 each until January and then Feb and March are non payment and WILL BE LESS from April per month!
