The house is in an attractive modern development in GU1 with easy access to A3 and central Guildford.

It is very well equipped and has all you'd expect to find 'at home' W/M, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric fan assisted oven. There is a more than adequate supply of utensils, pots, pans, plates and mugs. The communal areas are also cleaned every week by a professional cleaner. BT infinity fiber optic broadband is available and the garden is landscaped.

The room is on the first floor. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, large shelf and bedside table. There is also a desk and chair which can be removed if surplus to your requirements. The dimensions of the rooms are approximately 3. 3 x 2. 9 meters.

Looking for someone reliable with a good sense of humor. No damage deposit is required but you will need to maintain one month ahead with rent payments. All of the bills are included. The rent for the room is £540.

The house is already occupied by four male professionals and there are two additional bathrooms excluding the en-suite. I am only interested in individuals who want a 12 months contract and no couples.
