Hi. I am a house manager looking for a single person (male or female) to house share. We have a large furnished room available for rent. The house is very clean and quiet, which we would like to maintain, please. Sharing with myself and two other people. All are professionals. Two of them you will see very occasionally. So, basically sharing with one person. The house has a lovely garden and located in a quiet area of Guildford between the hospital and railway station (15-20 min walk both ways). Very close to A3 and Surrey University. The parking space is available. The rent is £430 + bills.
