The house is in an attractive modern development in GU1 with easy access to A3 and central Guildford.

It is very well equipped and has all you'd expect to find 'at home' W/M, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric fan assisted oven. There is a more than adequate supply of utensils, pots, pans, plates and mugs. The communal areas are also cleaned every week by a professional cleaner.

BT infinity fibre optic broadband is available and the garden is landscaped.

One room is on the second floor of the property and the other on the third. Both rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, large shelf and bedside table. There is also a desk and chair which can be removed if surplus to your requirements. The dimensions of the rooms are approximately 3. 3 x 2. 9 metres (normal double) and 5. 6 x 3. 5 metres (very large double).

We are looking for someone reliable with a good sense of humor.

No damage deposit is required but you will need to maintain one month ahead with rent payments. All of the bills are included. Rent is £655 for the large double and £540 for normal size double room.

The house is already occupied by three male professionals and there are two additional bathrooms excluding the en-suite. I am only interested in individuals who want 6 months or longer contract and no couples.
