There is one large bathroom with shower/bath and toilet, small WC, medium sitting room, large dining area and off set kitchen. Facilities include- washing machine, tumble drier, washing up machine, oven and microwave oven. There is also a shared iron, ironing board and hoover.

The property is 5-10 minutes walk to Guildford High Street and train station. As well as being walking distance to 3 award winning pubs!

You will be moving in with 3 male housemates- 2 professionals and 1 higher education student. They are all sociable, helpful, decent and mature folk. They're a generally tidy and clean bunch who all muck in to keep the place looking nice. We have a good relationship
with the surrounding houses and look to keep it that way.

Bills are currently set at £16. 00 pcm although this maybe subject to change. Deposit & parking must be discussed with the landlady, Grace. She is helpful and easily contactable.
