Light and spacious double bedroom

Fully furnished large double bedroom. The house is about 10 minutes walk from Guildford High Street with beautiful surroundings.

At present, I live with 3 lovely Spanish girls who share the same interests; health, fitness, food and travel. Although I'd probably say this is quite a quiet household, we all get on really well and enjoy a good chat and a giggle at the end of the day. We all work full-time in and around Guildford and come and go as we like. This has been an amazing base for me over the last 8 months or so having been completely new to the area!

We are looking for a clean and tidy individual to take my place in the house. Someone who is sociable and outgoing but also very considerate. These girls have been amazing towards me since I moved in so they absolutely deserve the best!

The room itself is gorgeous. It has a very big double bed, lovely big window and lots of storage. I was room-searching for 2 months before I found this gem and I am very sad to let it go! I pay £515pcm inclusive of all bills and we pay £5 each every month to our housemate for our internet (which is super fast!).

Unfortunately I am leaving the room due to my job taking me up to Nottingham mid-April. Please feel free to contact me if you would like a viewing or an y more information.
