Looking for a female (preferably) for a double room to rent in Guildford as part of a house share with 3 friendly people (2 boys, 1 girl), all young professionals (ages 24-33).

Very nice house, large driveway with room for 4 cars. Lounge, kitchen, utility room, 2 bathrooms (both with baths/showers), large conservatory (with pool table!), 4 bedrooms, garage, garden with shed and patio. Situated in a quiet area near to Guildford town centre and train station. Available on or around 18th June, though this is currently a bit flexible. Privately rented from a friendly landlord who leaves us to it.
Very friendly, laid back housemates who are sociable together and also happy to keep to ourselves. All working professionals in various fields (retail, science, music), a quiet and relaxed household.
