I have two double room available now. The whole house is furnished and the rent includes most bills, including council tax, Internet, telephone, sky TV. There is Drive way for parking, small conservative (lovely on a sunny days) and plenty of off road parking space and a garden. It's a 3 bedroom semi-detach house. The house is located near a bus stop ( 4 & 5) , local shops and post office near by and walking distance from Tesco, Hospital, Research Park and the University. A3 exit is few mins drive.
Pleas drop me a message if you are looking for a friendly house share. Currently on the 3rd room a masters student living there, who will soon move out too. Looking for a friendly person.
