We are two boy and a girl looking for a new house mate. It's a lovely double room, cosy and nice size. The house is 10 minutes walking from town and train station. Ideal location. First floor front double room available mid august (date to be confirmed).

The house is split across 4 levels with 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 2 reception rooms, kitchen, rear garden and an available parking permit.

Very friendly housemates- 2 professional musicians (males 27 and 32) and Landscape architect Secretary (female 29).
We all get on really well and are looking for a fun and sociable housemate. We are looking for a young professional or mature student preferably.

The rent is £455 pcm with 1. 5 month deposit and £150 agency fees. The house is rented as a whole with Bourne Estate Agents.
