We are looking for an easygoing, sociable professional to share our home. There is now just one room available. It's a larger room situated on the first floor at the front of the house with a fitted wardrobe space. The room comes mostly unfurnished, items remaining to be discussed. The monthly cost of the room is £415 per calendar month payed one month.

The price is fantastic considering the central location of the house; just a 5 minute walk to the train station/M&S Simply Food and 10 minute walk into Guildford town centre. Bills are an extra £100 per month which includes EVERYTHING; council tax, gas, electricity, water, wireless broadband, TV license and EVEN a weekly cleaner for communal areas!

We are a pretty laid back bunch, who enjoy doing our own thing but also often cook, eat and watch telly together in the open plan living/kitchen/conservatory/di ning area.
