Rare space in shared home

So- we would like to let the space to a friendly responsible new housemate. We have one double room and I would like to fill it asap as it wil be vacant at the end of August.
The house has two bathrooms four bedrooms, kitchen-dining room, study room and living room, plus a garage (big storage space, bikes, one time gym), shed for gardens. The house is secluded at front and back and is on the edge of the Surrey Hills yet 1.3 miles from the centre of Guildford. Short bike or walk to uni, hospital, research park.
There's loads of car parking space and its very convenient for the A3.
The house is essentially a home, a place to feel comfortable in and will be great for the right person.
We are pretty easy going but very clean and tidy.
Occasional, friendly overnight guests of either gender are welcome.
Max of 3 people have whole house to share. Fully equipped kitchen, plus bed linen, wifi xbox, any more.
