Rent includes all bills and wifi. The house is in Woodbridge Hill (supermarkets nearby, 20 minute walk to uni, train station and town centre).
It's a spacious and bright double room in a 4 bedroom house. The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, library and desk.
The house has a cosy living room, kitchen, shared bathroom and a beautiful garden perfect for bbqs.
The 3 housemates are in their mid-20s, very easy-going and tidy.
