Large Double Room in Friendly House Share

Hi

We have a double room available for a sociable housemate who enjoys chilling out in the evening with a glass of wine and a good film (a fan of Wes Anderson or Coen Brothers films is a plus). The house is fully furnished to a good standard and we are looking for someone who would treat it like a home rather than stay in their room. The bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped, the bathroom has a bath and power shower. While the kitchen has every gadget you can imagine, so if you like to cook this is the place. The garden has recently been redesigned, so hopeful you'll arrive just in time to enjoy the sun and the garden next summer and a few BBQ's. We have high speed internet and a selection of a few different streaming TV services.

The room is located at the top of the house and is very large with a window seat, built in wardrobe and ensuite. The bed is a king size in the picture to give you some perspective. The ensuite has a power shower and is in the a wet room style.

The house is located very close to the town, 5 min walk to the centre. Only a few minutes from Waitrose supermarket and a 15 min walk to the main Guildford train station. While the house is very central it is quiet and tucked away from the main road.

Just so know there is a house dog, Harris. He's a very friendly little chap and knows his place, doesn't go on the sofa's or upstairs. But if you don't like dogs then the house probably won't work for you.
