Double room in a spacious house share

This room is an unfurnished double in a large four bedroomed home. There is a spacious balcony off of the room and the bathroom with bath and shower will be shared with one other housemate. The entire ground floor is a common area with garden, lounge, kitchen and spare bathroom.

There will be four other professionals in their twenties who have full time jobs nearby living in the house, making it five in total. I'm sad to leave but I am moving home and am looking for somebody down to earth and considerate to replace myself. Viewings will take place for people who are interested, so as to meet all of the current housemates.

The landlord is increasing rent from February 2016 so please take into account that this room will be 405 per month from February 2017. Other bills that are not included are council tax, gas, electriciy, water, internet and tv.

Although the room is unfurnished I am sellling my bed and chest of drawers.
