House is perfectly located 5 minutes walk from the main station, 10 minutes walk to the town centre and 15 minutes walk to the Royal Surrey, Surrey Sports Park and Guildford Research Park. It is a few minutes from the A3 and A31 but a parking permit would be needed to park on the street.
