I have a large double room to let in my house which is a detached house on ham common. The house is 18th century , with a beautiful view of the common. I have 2 dogs at the house a german shepherd and a jack Russell, so dog lover is of high priority. The house is immaculate, I have a cleaner in twice a week, so if washing and ironing required this will be over and above the rent asked. Internet, shared bathroom, downstairs toilet. Small sitting room with TV, dining room, Kitchen and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer! off street parking and small drive. the house has a full view of the common and backs onto Richmond Great park. 65 bus outside which takes you 10 mins into Richmond town tube.
All bills are included , excluding cleaner which will be £100 per month extra.
