Double Room in Country Cottage

I have a double room available in a country cottage half mile south of Haslemere town centre (10 minute walk). Station is approx 1 mile, or 25 minutes walk. Double room consists of bunk bed with additional double mattress bought for comfort. Top bunk is single which could accommodate a child at weekends (for example). We currently have a cat lodging with us - he doesn't pay any rent! We have half an acre of garden which you are welcome to use. The property is gated and pretty much secluded. Driveway parking is available. A bathroom is next to the bedroom for your sole use (bath, shower, toilet, sink). You may use our kitchen for cooking and/or eating in. We also have a second living room which you might like to use. If you have any questions please ask. Rent for a couple staying would be £500.
