Large Furnished House in Hersham in great area

A large 4 bedrooms semi detached house in Hersham.
There is plenty of free parking outside so never a struggle to find a space. The house is a minute walk to a Londis, 10 min walk to Hersham Overground station and 15min walk to Tesco Express or Waitrose.

The house has a large living room with overly comfy sofas and a huge TV with Sky- all the movie channels and entertainment so great for nights in with the girls and a glass of wine (or 2!)

Through to the kitchen/breakfast room, there is a large American fridge freezer, dining table and loads of storage. The kitchen is fully kitted out with crockery, glassware etc... and is completed by a washing machine and dishwasher - cause who really likes washing up?!

There is side access from the kitchen to the garden where there is also a patio area with seating and a shed at the end for  storing bikes etc...

The rooms available;

£400pm with £200 deposit 
This is the box room of the house but there is a queen sized bed and triple wardrobe. And as the house is quite big you still have a lot of space around!

All of the rooms come fully furnished with wardrobes and beds.

There are 3 girsl living in the house - Chloe, Stephanie and Sophie. they are really good fun and very easy to get on with and work Monday - Friday. They all like to keep fit so I am sure would welcome company at the gym or out for a run, equally for a night in with a film and aforementioned wine, or gin, or tea! (Whatever takes your fancy!)

We are looking for ideally a girl, who is clean and tidy and houseproud.

The rest of the house - There is a really big bathroom suite  with large corner bath and electric shower over (so always hot water!) 

The house is about 80m from the local Londis shop, but Tescos Express and Waitrose a bit further walking distance (10 mins), then Walton High street is about 30 min walk or 8 min drive, with High street stores and Cinema, big Sainsburys etc... 

We also appreciate that we all need our own space from time to time. The house is home, we treat it with respect but also as a unit, so if you are a social bean who enjoys coming home to a cup of tea/wine and a chat about your day then you would probably be a perfect fit!

We are a bit tight on time at the moment with life being so hectic, so we are only free at the moment to do viewings Monday evenings after 7pm ish, though the odd morning or day time could also work.
